To sign up you, you need:

  • Own or have use of a Vaillant boiler or heat pump, models of which must be post-2006.
  • Have the myVAILLANT connect gateway installed on your device with subscription services activated; without this, you will not receive any connectivity benefits.

Please note that Emended Metering Function EMF data within the health check report is available for specific appliances only, which include the ecoTEC plus (2024 onwards) and ecoTEC exclusive (2016 onwards) and Heat Pumps; other appliances are not compatible.

If you contact our technical team, they can remotely access your heating system to provide an in-depth fault analysis and help to resolve the issue quickly.

Activating a Smart Home Subscription is easy. Simply log into myVAILLANT Web with your myVAILLANT app details or select sign up, and follow the step-by-step guide.   • How do I sign up for Smart Home Subscriptions?

    You can activate Smart Home Subscriptions on myVAILLANT Web. Once you have created an account, select activate Smart Home Subscriptions and click on your boiler or heat pump.

  • Why is my heating appliance not showing on myVAILLANT Web to sign up for Smart Home Subscriptions?

    On your myVAILLANT Web account, please add the appliance by selecting register heating system.

  • When should I receive my health check report?

    The health check report is sent every 3 months in March, June, September and December.

  • What does the health check report include?

    The health check report includes your energy consumption and checks key safety components in your boiler or heat pump are running ok. Hints and tips to optimise your heating system are also provided on the health check report.

  • My boiler or heat pump has a fault, how can I get assistance?

    Signing up for Smart Home Subscriptions with a Vaillant internet gateway installed allows our technical team to remotely monitor your system. If a fault occurs, call us on 0344 736 0049 and let our technical team know you have signed up for Smart Home Subscriptions who will be able to give more in-depth advice.

  • I don’t have a Vaillant internet gateway, can I still sign up for Smart Home Subscriptions?

    Yes, you can still sign up for Smart Home Subscriptions, however you will not receive the full benefits until a Vaillant internet gateway has been installed. Find your local Vaillant installer here.

  • How much is Smart Home Subscriptions, and how long will I be signed up for?

    The Smart Home Subscriptions are free of charge and are on a 12-month rolling contract. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please log onto yourmyVAILLANT Web account.
